Included in the Licence Fee are:

Business Rates, lighting, heating and normal use of electricity plus the facilities at Gibbs House.

Excluded are car parking, office cleaning and business services.

On agreement

Once we have an agreement we will ask you to sign a 'Quotation & Contract' and pay one month's deposit for the office of your choice, and a further payment one week before you move into office of one month's Licence Fee. We will require a signed standing order mandate for monthly payment of the Licence Fee for each month thereafter.

A Licence Agreement will be drawn up in your name or company name for a period of 6 months. However, you are entitled to give three months notice at any time during the Licence Period should you wish, or pay in lieu of notice if your circumstances change during the meantime.

Q. Can we enter the offices 24hr a day?
R. Yes, we will advise you about your bond requirements.

Q. Is the building secure?
R. There is CCTV monitoring of the building on a 24hr surveillance system and regular visits by security staff.

Q. We would like to use the copying machine, do we have a card?
R. Yes, a card will be issued upon request.

Q. How do you invoice us for additional services?
At the end of every month you will receive an invoice for any purchased services.
